Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher in our Pre-K program, your role is to support the emotional, physical, cognitive, and social needs of our students. We are looking for a professional who values children’s perspectives and individuality and is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of each child in the classroom. You will also be responsible for covering necessary classroom hours, collaborating with your fellow teachers, and cultivating positive relationships with parents. This role requires collaboration and a deep respect for the rights of the child.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Preschool or Pre-K classrooms or equivalent education.
  • Must meet Colorado Child Care State Licensing standards as an Early Childhood Teacher.
  • A passion for teaching and a deep respect for children.
  • A team player and a supportive colleague.
  • Ability to work in the US and pass a background check.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position available immediately.
