Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Define the overall blueprint for Java-based software systems, including selecting frameworks, libraries, and tools.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, leading design sessions and troubleshooting complex architectural challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders to translate high-level goals into robust technical specifications.

Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the development lifecycle.

Performance Optimization: Conduct system performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the architecture supports high availability and horizontal scaling.

Legacy Modernization: Evaluate existing application landscapes to identify opportunities for modernization and technology upgrades.

2. Core Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: Typically requires 7–10+ years of software development experience, with a heavy focus on Java and at least several years in an architectural or leadership role.

Technical Proficiency:

Core Java: Deep expertise in Java SE/EE, including JVM functioning and object-oriented design.

Frameworks: High proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Databases: Knowledge of both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) technologies.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, excellent communication for non-technical audiences, and strategic thinking.

Cloud-Native Architect: Focuses on distributed systems, serverless computing, and massive horizontal scale.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $155,000 Per Annum
