About Position:

We are hiring for Java developers with hands-on experience in azure clouds, python etc.,

What You'll Do:

• Design & Develop Applications
• Build and enhance enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, and microservices architecture.
• Cloud & AI Integration
• Implement solutions on Azure Cloud and leverage AI Builder tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI, and Agentic AI for intelligent automation.
• DevOps & Automation
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and manage deployments on AKS/Kubernetes.
• Agile Collaboration
• Work in an Agile team environment, participate in sprint ceremonies, and ensure end-to-end product quality.
• Problem Solving & Innovation
• Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Explore Open Source technologies and modern serverless/cloud-managed infrastructure.
• Quality & Support
• Ensure high-quality code through best engineering practices.
• Provide technical support and help resolve complex issues within the team.
• Continuous Learning
• Stay updated with Gen AI trends, modern DevOps practices, and cloud-native technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Cloud & Infrastructure:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure (required)
• Exposure to OpenShift (good to have)
• Familiarity with AKS / Kubernetes and serverless/cloud-managed infrastructure
• AI & GenAI Integration:(Preffered)
• Experience building AI solutions using:
• AI Builder tools: Crew AI, Langchain, LangGraph, Agentic AI
• GenAI platforms: Copilot, Vibe Coding
• Strong understanding of AI agent orchestration and LLM-based applications
• Application Development:
• Proficient in:
• Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices
• Python, React
• Familiarity with Splunk for monitoring/logs
• Good to have: GoLang
• DevOps & Automation:
• Experience with:
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Build tools: Maven, Gradle
• Software configuration and packaging
• Engineering Practices:
• 5+ years working in Agile teams
• Strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
• Collaborative team player in Release Teams / Value Streams
• End-to-end ownership of product quality and delivery
• Communication & Leadership:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Active participation in Sprint ceremonies
• Provides technical guidance and supports team problem-solving
• Works closely with Tech Leads, Onshore partners, and Infrastructure teams
• Open Source & Modern Tech:
• Demonstrated use of Open Source technologies
• Awareness of modern infrastructure trends
