Java Developer- Urgent Hiring

Position: Java Software Engineer

Experience: 3-4 years

Location: On-site (Full-time)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Java Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing software applications. Your responsibilities will include:

Software Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
• Design, code, test, and maintain Java-based applications that meet project specifications.
• Ensure software quality, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and relevant testing frameworks.
• Execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Analyze and report test results, defects, and issues to stakeholders.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to identify and address software defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test scripts.
• Document code changes and version updates for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Java advancements, and QA automation practices.
• Proactively contribute ideas to enhance software development processes and automation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Java software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Interest in quality assurance and experience with test automation.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and automated testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
