3. ?cant install any tools at this moment. They have apm but not used extensively, the module that can help to identify source code level issue is not purchased
4. ?the scope is identify the root causes. And propose solution for both short term and long term.
5. ?duration is one week and possible 2 weeks max
6. ?must have clear framework and approach as the timeline is short
7. ?perf testing report and source code can be made available
