Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing technical leadership from offshore, driving high-quality development practices, and collaborating effectively with onshore stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.

• Implement and manage Spring Boot Microservices architectures.

• Write and maintain JUnit unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure thorough documentation.

• Apply a deep understanding of Dependency Injection and version control, emphasizing annotation-based configurations over XML.

• Collaborate on API design and development, delivering well-documented RESTful APIs.

• Work with PostgreSQL and Amazon RDS for database integration and management.

• Utilize build tools like Maven for project builds and dependency management.

• Contribute to story estimation, ETA setting, and task analysis for assigned features and defects.

• Collaborate with US-based clients, ensuring appropriate overlap in working hours.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Core Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS

• ORM Frameworks: JPA, Hibernate

• Web & API Development: RESTful services, GraphQL (nice to have)

• Frontend/Full Stack Knowledge: Node.js, Next.js (API routing), JavaScript, TypeScript

• ORMs with TypeScript: Knowledge of commonly used frameworks is preferred

• Tools & Build Management: Maven, Git

• Database: PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS

• Additional Skills (Nice to Have): PHP, AWS Cloud experience

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.

• Proven experience in technical leadership and offshore coordination.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred).
