Overview: We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performing, and scalable Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices in architecture, design, and security.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues to ensure smooth and efficient system operation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve development processes.
