Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Collaborate with business, product, and IT teams to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications.

• Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and security standards.

• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices.

• Proficiency in REST APIs, Web Services, and SQL/PL-SQL.

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.

• Prior experience leading a development team with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

Experience: 7+ years in Java Development with at least 2+ years in a team lead role.
