Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, highly skilled, and safety-conscious JCB Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a JCB backhoe loader safely and efficiently to perform excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and material handling on various construction and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate JCB backhoe loaders (e.g., JCB 3CX/4CX) for earthmoving, digging, leveling, and loading operations according to site requirements.
• Daily Inspections: Conduct daily pre-and post-operation checks of the machine (fluid levels, tires, hydraulic lines, and brakes) to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Site Safety: Adhere strictly to UAE construction safety standards and site-specific protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of colleagues.
• Basic Maintenance: Perform routine minor maintenance (greasing, cleaning filters, and refuel) and immediately report any mechanical faults or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Coordination: Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and ground crew to complete tasks with precision and on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Must hold a valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License (specifically for backhoe loaders/tractors).
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience operating JCB machinery in the UAE or GCC countries.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machine capabilities, load limits, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Language & Communication: Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills to follow instructions effectively.
• Availability: Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor desert environments. Candidates available in the UAE for an immediate practical trade test are highly preferred.
