JCB Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled JCB Operator to operate heavy construction machinery safely and efficiently at various project sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in excavation, loading, grading, trenching, and general earthmoving works while strictly following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate JCB / Backhoe Loader for excavation, loading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment
• Ensure safe operation of machinery in compliance with site HSE rules
• Follow instructions from site engineers, supervisors, and foremen
• Load and unload materials such as sand, gravel, and debris safely
• Maintain machine cleanliness and report any defects or breakdowns immediately
• Assist site team with general work when required
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE/GCC experience as JCB Operator
• Valid UAE Heavy Equipment / JCB Operator License (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of construction site safety procedures
• Ability to operate machinery in rough and hot site conditions
• Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and hydraulics
• Immediate joiners preferred
