JCB operator / Driver

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate JCB machinery to perform tasks such as excavation, loading, and unloading materials.

2. Ensure safe operation of the machine, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

3. Conduct pre-operational checks on the machine to identify any defects or issues.

4. Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning, lubricating) to maintain machine efficiency.

5. Collaborate with other site personnel to achieve project objectives.

6. Follow instructions from Site Supervisor/Project Manager to ensure efficient use of resources.

7. Maintain accurate records of machine usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

8. Participate in safety training and toolbox talks.

Requirements:

1. Valid JCB operating license/certification.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience operating JCB machinery.

3. Knowledge of construction industry safety standards and regulations.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

5. Physical fitness to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manamadurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• JCB operator: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
