Job Summary:

The Cataloging Executive will be responsible for accurate and timely product cataloging on the company website and marketplaces. The role involves uploading product images, verifying image rendering quality, managing 360-degree product visuals, and ensuring all product details are correctly displayed to enhance customer experience and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload product images on the company website and e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure accurate product details including SKU, product name, category, metal, diamond specifications, size, and pricing
  • Verify image clarity, color accuracy, background, and rendering quality before publishing
  • Upload and monitor 360-degree product images/videos
  • Coordinate with photography, design, and IT teams for corrections or updates
  • Regularly monitor the website to ensure all listed products are displayed correctly
  • Update product listings as per pricing, offers, or inventory changes
  • Maintain proper product data records and catalog sheets
  • Identify and report errors related to images, content, or product visibility
  • Ensure adherence to company brand and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Prior experience in cataloging or e-commerce operations (jewellery experience is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of product photography and image quality standards
  • Familiarity with CMS, e-commerce portals, or backend systems
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to work within deadlines and handle bulk uploads
