Job Title: Jewellery Counter Sales Executive

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

· Attend to customers at the jewellery counter inside the textile showroom.

· Show and explain jewellery designs, materials, prices, and offers.

· Help customers choose jewellery that matches their textile purchases (like sarees, dresses, etc.).

· Handle billing, cash/UPI/card payments correctly.

· Keep the jewellery counter clean, neat, and well-arranged.

· Maintain stock records and inform management of shortages.

· Provide good customer service and handle basic queries or complaints.

Requirements:

· Minimum 12th pass; graduates also welcome.

· Prior sales experience in jewellery/retail preferred.

· Good communication in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.

· Pleasant personality, good convincing skills, and customer-friendly attitude.
