Key Responsibilities
JWELLERY WORKING EXPERIENCE
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store items properly according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, including receipts, issues, and balances.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and stock audits.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.
- Label and arrange materials for easy identification and access.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding deliveries and stock availability.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software/ERP systems).
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
