Jewelry and Watches Stock Controller wanted

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jewellery & Watch Stock Controller to manage and monitor inventory for our jewellery and watch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, secure handling of high-value items, and smooth coordination between store, warehouse, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for jewellery and watches
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock against invoices
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
• Monitor stock movement, transfers, and returns
• Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, and documentation of items
• Track high-value items and ensure strict security procedures
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales team for stock availability and replenishment
• Prepare stock reports for management review
• Support audits and internal stock verification processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stock Controller / Inventory Controller (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel
• Experience handling high-value items
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
