Jira Administrator

We currently have an opening for a Jira Administrator / Developer role based in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) on a 12-month extendable contract .

This role requires someone who can work independently and take full ownership of Jira development and administration , including:

• Configuration, customization, and maintenance of Jira projects
• Workflow and dashboard design
• Access control and user management
• Process automation and reporting setup

Key Requirements:

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Jira Administration & Development
• Strong understanding of workflow management, dashboards, permissions, and JQL
• Ability to work as an independent consultant , managing end-to-end Jira responsibilities
• Availability for a 12-month contract (extendable) in RAK
