Business Central Expertise - IT

Position: Systems and ERP Administrator

Primary responsibilities:

Server Monitoring and Maintenance

• Manage the day-to-day IT infrastructure, including systems administration, network security, and general management.
• Ensure the high availability, security, and performance of host and email servers by managing user accounts, firewall settings, and backups.
• Keep all operating systems and applications current with the latest security updates and patches to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they cause significant errors or downtime.
• Handle the installation and renewal of SSL certificates to maintain secure connections.

ERP System Administration

• Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, configuring the system to meet business needs across departments like finance, sales, and supply chain.
• Support day-to-day operations by creating and maintaining key master data such as GL accounts, dimensions, customers, vendors and items.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all ERP users, addressing error resolution and managing new requirements.
• Continuously monitor system performance and gather user feedback to recommend further system enhancements and upgrades.
• Managing and maintaining MySQL databases and ERP backup.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
