Position: System Administrator – Tad Beer Center (Vicekeeper Group)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reports to: Operations Manager / IT Director

Role Purpose:

The System Administrator ensures the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of all IT systems, networks, and devices across the Tad Beer Center. The role involves managing servers, user accounts, network infrastructure, and ensuring seamless connectivity between corporate and government platforms (MOHRE, Tadbeer Portal, Keka, CRM, Vicekeeper App).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and server infrastructure (MS Windows Server, Linux, AWS).

• Monitor and ensure uptime of internet connection and CCTV systems.

• Configure and support workstations for all staff (Reception, HR, PRO, Admin, Cashier).

• Manage system access for new joiners and leavers; maintain user permissions and security logs.

• Ensure full functionality of Tadbeer/MOHRE portals and integrations with corporate systems (Keka, CRM).

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, data encryption).

• Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and related documentation.

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.

• Support system updates, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

• Participate in inspections and audits (MOHRE, KHDA, internal compliance).

• Assist in IT setup and support for new branches and remote workstations.

Additional Duties:

• Automate recurring processes (requests, reports, backups).

• Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve workflow efficiency.

• Train employees on system use and digital security awareness.

• Report monthly on system performance and incidents.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as System Administrator or IT Support (preferably in service or government-related sector).

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, Linux, VPN, and CCTV systems (Docker is an advantage).

• Understanding of data security principles and backup management.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
