Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Maintenance Admin/Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a maintenance company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and a basic understanding of technical operations. This role ensures smooth administrative processes, timely coordination of maintenance activities, and an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear and concise updates on work progress to clients.
- Coordination & Scheduling:
- Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to technicians based on priorities and availability.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth execution of maintenance jobs.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, reports, and invoices.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly activity logs.
- Technical Support:
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and provide administrative assistance.
- Support procurement by sourcing materials and maintaining inventory records, if required.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a maintenance company.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- Basic technical knowledge of maintenance operations, tools, and systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred:
