Maintenance Admin/Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Maintenance Admin/Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a maintenance company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and a basic understanding of technical operations. This role ensures smooth administrative processes, timely coordination of maintenance activities, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and concise updates on work progress to clients.
  • Coordination & Scheduling:
  • Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to technicians based on priorities and availability.
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth execution of maintenance jobs.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, reports, and invoices.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly activity logs.
  • Technical Support:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and provide administrative assistance.
  • Support procurement by sourcing materials and maintaining inventory records, if required.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a maintenance company.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
  • Basic technical knowledge of maintenance operations, tools, and systems is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Key Competencies:

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in handling residential or commercial maintenance projects.
  • Knowledge of UAE maintenance regulations and standards.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
