JIRA Developer

We are currently looking for Jira Developer for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permissions.
• Develop Jira automation rules and integrations with internal systems.
• Implement ITSM processes (Incidents, Requests, Changes) within Jira.
• Build dashboards and reports for IT and business stakeholders.
• Support process digitalisation and workflow optimisation across departments.
• Troubleshoot Jira issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.
• SharePoint development experience is an added value
