JM Operations - Modern Trade
The position is part of the Modern Trade team which is responsible of all aspects of operations including sales, logistics, supply chain and customer relations. The role works cross functionally and is the point of contact for all functions with the primary objective of enabling all teams to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
Job Summary

Responsible for operational support of LMT customers ie. CIP, Credit Limits, exceptions etc.

Daily sales tracking for both Direct & Indirect LMTs.

Ensure timely payments of invoices by the customers.

Responsible for monitoring TTS spend at counterpart level.

Building LMTs promotional budget and processing all price-off claims.

Ensure updated mapping of all LMT accounts in the system.

Maintain database for EPOS.

Track JBP contracts sign off with routine updates.

Coordinate with PS and field team to update monthly audit cycles

Coordinate with customers to reconcile ledger and balance books.

Work on various special projects to automate Modern trade operations such as Order Capturing, Incentive disbursements etc.

Target allocation and splitting of all modern trade accounts.

Close coordination with KAMs and Customers to troubleshoot issues and streamline operations.

Close monitoring of field team performance based on KPIs.

Share monthly GSVs with direct accounts.
Key Requirements
-
Bachelors Degree
-
2 years of relevant experience in FMCG is preferred

Demonstrated ability to engage in functional problem-solving conversations with customers and internal stakeholders regarding issues.

Motivated, self-starting professional with good communication skills.

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
