Junior Manager – Safety (JM Safety)
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve driver and vehicle profiling systems across Customer Development (CD) and Workplace Services (WPS).
- Manage Route Risk Assessments (RRA) and Journey Management Plans (JMP).
- Drive digital safety initiatives, systems, and portals to ensure strong governance and compliance across CD and WPS.
- Lead the Two-Wheeler Safety Program for sales riders across Pakistan.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, trackers, data analysis sheets, and quarterly performance reviews.
- Lead new safety initiatives and add value to the existing safety framework.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Drug & Alcohol Program and License-to-Operate Program.
- Support the preparation of management presentation decks and safety dashboards.
- Ensure robust incident management, including incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
- Monitor and measure leading and lagging safety indicators and drive safety performance across all Sales regions and Head Office.
- Manage violations and consequence management to reduce repeat non-compliances.
- Maintain and improve Pool Cars and Shuttle Bus safety standards under WPS.

Support and contribute to the Industrial Collaboration Program.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety principles.
- Bachelors degree with 1–2 years of relevant organizational experience.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder networking skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
- Experience in data management and reporting will be an added advantage.

Safety certification from a recognized institute will be a plus.
