Jnr Content Creator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reports to: Marketing Director

Contract: 6 months (until end Mar 2026) with potential development into a full-time role

Start Date: 01 October 2025

Location: Worlds Iconic Events office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This is a 6-month contract position (with medical insurance and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role) for a junior creator who lives and breathes visual storytelling, movement, and community.

You’ll work across all Worlds Iconic events, supporting our in-house team by creating engaging content — from race-day reels to behind-the-scenes photoshoots, athlete spotlights, and social-ready video edits.

Worlds Iconic Events is a global event platform that delivers extraordinary race experiences, from city streets to desert trails to remote destinations. Our portfolio includes Burj2Burj and Ultra Trail Dubai, as well as the world’s first OCR race in Antarctica.

We’re building a passionate, creative, and committed team, and we’re looking for a Junior Content Creator who’s ready to capture the moments that move people.

Social-First Storytelling

  • Translate the community's energy into authentic, on-brand content.
  • Create content that aligns with social media trends, platform specifications, and performance metrics.
  • Organise and archive photo and video assets for future use.

Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute shoots.
  • Manage content timelines and delivery deadlines.
  • Help prep shot lists and briefed concepts ahead of shoots.
  • 1–3 years of experience in photography, videography, or content creation (freelance or in-house)
  • Must share a portfolio of work
  • Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups
  • Comfortable editing on Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools
  • Strong organisational skills — you can manage media files, content calendars, and delivery timelines
  • A keen eye for detail and a love for capturing unscripted, powerful moments
  • Passion for running and sports events, with a firsthand understanding of participant needs.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
