Job Controller & Operations Supervisor (Automotive workshop operations or job control)

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Job Controller & Operations Supervisor to manage overall workshop operations, supervise teams, and ensure every vehicle is delivered with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete workflow of vehicles from receiving the job card until final vehicle delivery.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors and all workshop departments to ensure jobs are completed according to job card requirements and promised timelines.

- Supervise and manage approximately 10 supervisors and workshop staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring operations efficiently.

- Possess strong maintenance knowledge and be capable of going on test drives with mechanics to identify and verify vehicle issues.

- Have excellent experience in bodywork, paint, detailing, and PPF to properly inspect and approve completed work.

- Ensure every vehicle is delivered with 100% quality control and proper final inspection.

- Maintain strict workflow management, timing control, and system-based workshop operations.

- Monitor all ongoing jobs and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

- Lead the team professionally with strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

- Ensure workshop discipline, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction standards at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations or job control.

- Strong experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and test driving.

- Excellent knowledge of body shop, paint, detailing, and PPF operations.

- Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and workshop teams.

- Ability to manage workflow, deadlines, and quality standards efficiently.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Valid UAE Driving License.
