Job Controller/Service Advisor

We are looking for a Workshop Job Controller who can oversee daily workshop operations and also handle basic service advisor responsibilities. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate between technicians and customers, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate and schedule jobs to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities.
• Monitor job progress throughout the day and ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
• Carry out quality checks on completed jobs before delivery.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers—receiving vehicles, understanding concerns, and preparing job cards.
• Provide clear explanations of required services/repairs and obtain customer approvals.
• Update customers on job status, estimated completion times, and costs.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of required components.
• Maintain workshop records, daily reports, and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
• Handle invoicing, service billing, and basic administrative tasks.
