We are seeking a motivated and professional Emirati Receptionist to manage our front desk operations, welcome visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage visitor registration and security procedures
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Support other departments with documentation when required

Requirements:

  • UAE National (Emirati) – required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Presentable, organized, and customer-service oriented
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Starting Salary AED 5000/-

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
