Job Opening: English & Social Science Teacher (Grades 6–8)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English & Social Science Teacher to handle Classes 6 to 8. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of engaging middle school students, and committed to academic excellence.

Responsibilities

The teacher will be responsible for teaching English and Social Science as per the prescribed syllabus, planning and delivering effective lessons, preparing worksheets and assessments, evaluating student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, participating in school academic activities, and communicating regularly with parents and school management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in English, Social Science, or Education. A B.Ed qualification is preferred. Candidates with one to three years of teaching experience are encouraged to apply; however, freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills in English, good classroom management ability, creativity in teaching methods, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Salary

Salary will be offered as per school norms and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
