Job Brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Marketing Consultant from the Digital Marketing and CRM industry to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.

You will be responsible for promoting our software solutions, driving sales performance, and implementing effective marketing strategies to keep our company competitive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends and needs.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Set marketing objectives and monitor performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Use digital platforms and media channels to reach targeted audiences.
  • Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s client base.
  • Present sales, revenue, and performance reports to management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay informed on competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in CRM and Digital Marketing (experience meeting/exceeding sales targets preferred).
  • Strong existing client network is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead the sales process from planning to closing deals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
