Job Opportunity – Entry Level Personal Assistant (Business Learning + Data + Marketing + IoT)

This is not a typical PA job. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn directly from a business founder while assisting with workflows, data, and marketing.

You’ll be exposed to business decision-making, mind mapping, action planning, and project flows, while handling essential PA responsibilities. Think of this role as part assistant, part apprentice.

Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management – Keep business data, tasks, and reports well-structured.

Documentation & Organization – Maintain project files, reports, and trackers.

Marketing Support – Help with campaigns, research, and content coordination.

Business Learning – Shadow workflows to understand how business decisions are made.

Mind Mapping & Action Flows – Assist in building and maintaining business strategy maps.

IoT Awareness – Get trained and contribute to IoT-related projects.

Time Management – Track workflows and ensure tasks/projects run smoothly.
