Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a Female Door-to-Door Sales Executive with proven experience in the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our virtual tour services directly to potential clients in hospitality and real estate industries.

This is a field sales role requiring strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Conduct door-to-door visits to hotels, resorts, real estate agencies, and other potential clients to introduce and promote 3D Explore’s services.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling in-person demonstrations of our virtual tour technology, emphasizing its benefits for hospitality and property marketing.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and develop sales opportunities.
• Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions using our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Only Female candidates will be considered.
• Must have prior experience in the hospitality sector (e.g. hotels, resorts, tourism, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field or door-to-door sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must own a car and be willing to travel for client visits.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of 3D technology or virtual tours is a plus.
