Job Performer (CIVIL & MECHANICAL WITH ADNOC APPROVAL)

Key Responsibilities1. Job Performer Duties (As per ADNOC Requirements)

  • Act as the ADNOC-approved Job Performer for assigned civil and mechanical works
  • Ensure all job activities comply with ADNOC CoP, HSEMS, PTW, and Safe Work Practices
  • Participate in Job Risk Assessment (JRA), Toolbox Talks, and Method Statement reviews
  • Ensure work is performed strictly as per approved IFC drawings, procedures, and method statements

2. Civil & Mechanical Works Supervision

  • Supervise execution of civil works such as foundations, concrete works, paving, trenches, shoring, and structural works
  • Supervise mechanical activities including equipment installation, piping works, supports, alignment, and testing
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure productivity targets are achieved

3. HSE Compliance

  • Enforce ADNOC HSE standards, PTW system, and LSR compliance
  • Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment
  • Identify unsafe acts/conditions and implement immediate corrective actions
  • Stop work authority if unsafe conditions are observed

4. QA/QC & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with ITP, checklist inspections, and quality control procedures
  • Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and ADNOC inspectors
  • Maintain daily work reports, manpower records, and progress updates
  • Support submission of WIR, MIR, and as-built documentation

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with Construction Manager, Engineers, Safety Officers, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors
  • Liaise with ADNOC site representatives for approvals and inspections
  • Attend site meetings and progress reviews

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid ADNOC Job Performer Approval (Civil/Mechanical) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ADNOC onshore/offshore projects
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • ADNOC HSEMS & PTW system
  • Civil & mechanical construction practices
  • ADNOC Codes of Practice (CoP)
  • Experience working in oil & gas, EPC, maintenance, or brownfield projects

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • ADNOC HSE Induction (Preferred)
  • NEBOSH / IOSH (Advantage)
  • First Aid & Firefighting (Preferred)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
