Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Driver-Cum-Technician to join our team. This role requires both driving responsibilities and hands-on technical expertise in general maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will transport equipment, tools, and personnel while also performing installation, maintenance, and repairs across various technical areas.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, tools, and materials to job sites.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment as required.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies related to driving.
• Technical Duties:
• General Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Electrical Work: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and components.
• Plumbing Work: Fix leaks, install fixtures, repair water supply systems, and maintain drainage systems.
• HVAC Maintenance: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain service logs, reports, and records of work performed.
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a technician in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy equipment when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills..
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, or general maintenance is a plus.
• Experience in facility maintenance, building repairs, or industrial maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry best practices.
