Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

We are a fast-growing trading card and collectibles company selling across multiple e-commerce platforms, including eBay Live, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and more. With a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to help manage, optimize, and grow our online sales channels.Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, TikTok, eBay, Walmart, etc.), including product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor orders daily to ensure smooth fulfillment, accurate labeling, and timely shipping.
• Assist with inventory control by tracking new receipts, updating stock levels, and supporting cycle counts.
• Optimize listings for SEO, keywords, and platform-specific algorithms to increase visibility and sales.
• File claims with shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS when issues arise.
• Handle customer service inquiries, returns, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, eBay, Walmart, or TikTok Shop (experience with multiple platforms is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (must be comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for trading cards, collectibles, or pop culture is a big plus!
