Job Description

HELL Energy is seeking an experienced Import & Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end import operations, dispatch coordination, stock management, and insurance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent coordination ability, and hands-on experience in the FMCG/Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities Import & Logistics

• Port/ICD-wise import shipment analysis.
• Coordination with CHA, 3PL partners, and transporters for dispatches from ports and warehouses.
• Follow-up with Finance for customs duty, liner, and CFS payments.
• Managing inbound coordination with warehouses.
• Validation and submission of all import- and dispatch-related invoices.

Dispatch & Sales Coordination

• Regular follow-up with the Sales Team for weekly and monthly dispatch plans.
• Daily/weekly/monthly stock status reports for all warehouses (consolidation).

Insurance & Damage Management

• Monthly insurance declarations to the insurance company.
• Tracking and reporting damages for pan-India dispatches.
• Processing insurance claims and managing related documentation.
• Identifying damaged stock at the warehouse level and maintaining reports.
• Coordinating disposal of damaged stock, pallets, and scrap as per company process.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintaining various MIS reports and import documentation.

Educational Qualification

• MBA in Supply Chain Management or
• PGDM in Supply Chain

Experience

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the FMCG trade.
• Experience in the beverage industry is preferred.

Additional Skills / Certification

• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools.
