We’re now looking for an experienced IT Manager who understands both technology and the unique needs of the real estate industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Manager with hands-on experience in the real estate sector. This role will oversee all IT systems, ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations, manage vendors, and lead digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing CRM systems, managing real estate software, and supporting on-site and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and user systems.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of real estate software (e.g., CRM, ERP, property management systems).
• Provide technical support and training to sales, and operations teams.
• Manage IT-related vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
• Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Lead digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client service.
• Plan and execute IT budgets and technology roadmaps in line with business goals.

Preferred Experience

• Previous IT management role in a real estate company.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, online listing platforms, and lead management systems.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
