About the Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in performance marketing, campaign analytics, and ROI optimization for e-commerce or D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to meet performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and new ad formats.
  • Track and report on conversions, attribution, and funnel performance using GA4 and Meta Pixel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing Meta and Google campaigns (E-commerce / D2C preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel.
  • Good understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and performance metrics.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred).

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or influencer campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
