Role Overview
The selected chef will work closely with our team to develop unique pastry items, standardize recipes, and produce high-quality products that will be distributed to our cafés and concepts. This role is ideal for someone passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow through a partnership model rather than a traditional employment structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop new pastry and cake items tailored for café service.
• Standardize recipes for consistent production in the central kitchen.
• Produce high-quality batches for distribution to multiple outlets.
• Collaborate with management on menu planning and seasonal creations.
• Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, particularly in cakes and café-style pastries.
• Strong creativity with a modern and appealing presentation style.
• Ability to create stable recipes suitable for bulk production and delivery.
• Willingness to work part-time and grow the collaboration into a long-term partnership.
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for high-quality products.
