Job Title: Patient Support Representatives – D Pharmacist
Tekboox is urgently hiring Patient Support Representatives – D Pharmacist for the US Healthcare Market. This role is ideal for candidates with a pharmacy background and strong English communication skills who are comfortable working night shifts.
Preferred Education
- D Pharm (Doctor of Pharmacy) – Fresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US-based patients
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information accurately
- Guide patients regarding treatment processes, billing inquiries, and coverage details
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/EHR systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare regulations
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented patient support
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in patient services, front desk, or healthcare administration (Fresh candidates with D Pharm can also apply)
- Hands-on experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations
- Familiarity with referral processes and healthcare workflows
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Location & Timing
- Location: DHA Phase 3, Y Block, Lahore
- Shift: Night Shift Onsite (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Work Mode: Onsite (5 days a week)
