Job Title: Principal – Korangi College Campus

Location: Korangi, Karachi

PAES School & College System is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead our Korangi College Campus. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for academic excellence, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the campus.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Supervise and support faculty and administrative staff.
• Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a positive school culture.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and institutional standards.
• Lead campus development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant field (M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a school or college.
• Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive academic excellence.
• Familiarity with modern educational practices and curriculum management.
