• Morning: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance / Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV footage (with audio) for US-based retail stores, identifying suspicious activities, and analyzing sales performance to drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review CCTV footage (with audio) for US retail stores
• Identify, document, and report suspicious activities or policy violations
• Analyze sales performance across stores, products, and teams
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to management
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all reporting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Back Office / BPO environment is an advantage
• Ability to work rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Willingness and eagerness to learn basic Spanish
