Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our Fit-Out Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our interior fit-out services across commercial, retail, office, and residential sectors. This role requires excellent market knowledge, client coordination skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate office, and residential fit-out projects.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Promote company services including turnkey interior solutions, renovation, joinery, and customized interior works.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and capability presentations to clients.
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and project feasibility.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Maintain updated CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to promote company services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales & marketing within the interior fit-out, construction, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out materials, processes, and project cycles.
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
