Duties
- Craft comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that captivate audiences and promote engagement
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, Sprout Social, Loomly and Agorapulse, which facilitate scheduling, analytics, and inbox management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok etc.to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Conduct social listening to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and respond proactively to customer inquiries or feedback
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance content visibility and improve organic reach
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize ROI through targeted advertising efforts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Skilled in video editing for producing engaging multimedia content
- Familiarity with social media management tools including Hootsuite, Loomly, Sprout Social, and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management to foster community engagement
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus for integrating social media efforts with online sales strategies
- Creative mindset with photography skills for capturing compelling visuals that enhance storytelling in digital campaigns
