Job Summary
Cosmos Engineering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in tax-related matters and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, BS Accounting & Finance).
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP systems, and accounting software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of taxation and financial reporting will be an added advantage.
• Location must be in North Karachi & New Karachi.
