We are Hiring ‘Carrier Sales & Truck Dispatchers’ for the US Market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Make daily outbound sales calls to carriers, owner-operators, and fleet owners

✅ Identify carrier needs, clearly present our solutions, negotiate competitive rates, and successfully onboard carriers to build lasting partnerships.

✅ Book profitable loads for your carriers using loadboards

✅ Plan optimized delivery routes and track ETAs

✅ Support drivers from pickup through delivery

✅ Build and maintain long-term broker relationships

✅ Monitor US market trends and rate changes

✅ Meet performance KPIs (daily, monthly, quarterly)

Basic salary starting from 40,000 to 70,000 (+ bonus and comissions)

Requirements:

⦁ Female candidates strongly encouraged to apply and preferred

⦁ Fluent in English (spoken & written)

⦁ Fresh graduates can apply – Experience in dispatching field is preferred

⦁ Confidence in phone-based communication and sales pitching

⦁ Strong time management and organizational skills

⦁ A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly

⦁ Team spirit and commitment to professionalism and punctuality

At least 1-6 months of experience required for Telesales position and 1-3 years of experience required for truck dispatcher position
