Core Responsibilities

• Engage & Connect: Conduct outbound calls to US consumers regarding healthcare benefits (ACA/Medicare).
• Verify Eligibility: Utilize structured discovery techniques to ensure prospects meet campaign criteria.
• Execute Live Transfers: Seamlessly pivot qualified leads to our licensed US specialists for enrollment.
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold strict compliance standards and script accuracy on every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency: Near-native or neutral English speaking skills are essential.
• Adaptability: Ability to commit to a consistent night shift aligned with US business hours.
• Experience: Prior background in Medicare, ACA, or Final Expense is highly valued; fresh graduates with exceptional linguistic abilities are also encouraged to apply.
• Drive: A competitive spirit with a focus on hitting daily transfer targets.

Compensation & Benefits
