Location: Sargodha, Mansehra, Rawalpindi, Attock (Union Councils: Takhtpari, Sillanwali, Battal, and Mukhad Sharif)

About the Project:
The "From Orphans to Entrepreneurs (O2E)" project aims to empower orphaned children through vocational training, life skills development, and personality enhancement. We seek skilled and passionate trainers to provide practical education in high-demand vocational skills such as motorbike repair, mobile repair, tailoring, beauty services, and more.

Available Trainer Positions:

Key Responsibilities:

• Vocational Trainers:

• Conduct hands-on, practical training in your area of expertise.

• Prepare and deliver lessons that ensure students acquire relevant technical skills.

• Provide ongoing assessments and feedback to students to ensure skill development.

• Support students in achieving their career goals through skill-building and mentoring.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in the specific trade (motorbike repair, mobile repair, electrician, tailoring, beautician, handicraft, etc.).

• Passion for teaching and helping youth develop practical skills.

• Ability to adapt training materials to suit different learning styles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in vocational training is preferred but not mandatory.

• Preference will be given to candidates from the project Union Councils: Takhtpari, Sillanwali, Battal, and Mukhad Sharif.

• Relevant qualifications or experience in the respective field (e.g., vocational diplomas, certifications, or equivalent experience).

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the trade or teaching the trade.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, computer skills, and knowledge of local languages will be preferred.
