Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to help manage the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Project Management Guidelines, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to meeting project timelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various phases of project development.
• Facilitate communication between teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, ensure milestones are achieved, and track progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Assist with onboarding and training team members when necessary.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the testing and post-launch phases of the project.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Project Management Guidelines and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
