Business Development & Sales Executive – Joinery Division

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to lead our joinery division’s growth efforts in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the interior fit-out and joinery industry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and deep knowledge of the Dubai market.

The role requires someone who can generate new leads, build strategic relationships, and close high-value joinery projects with consultants, contractors, designers, developers, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery and custom furniture sector (retail, F&B, offices, hospitality, and high-end residential).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, contractors, developers, and procurement managers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s joinery capabilities.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and value-engineering solutions.
• Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and maintain regular client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust approach as needed.
• Provide weekly reports on pipeline, sales performance, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within a joinery, interior fit-out, or furniture manufacturing company in Dubai.
• Strong client database and market knowledge in the UAE construction and design sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close high-value projects.
• Technical understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and timelines.
• UAE driving license and own car .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Existing network with major developers, consultants, and design studios in Dubai.
• Bilingual (English + Arabic) is an advantage.
