Joinery CNC Operator

We are looking for a skilled Joinery CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality wooden components according to design specifications. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of woodworking materials, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for woodworking tasks.
• Load materials such as wood, MDF, or plywood onto CNC machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD files to ensure accurate production.
• Program CNC machines or upload design files for automated cutting, drilling, and shaping.
• Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
• Inspect finished components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures when operating machinery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC machines in a woodworking or joinery environment.
• Understanding of different types of wood and their properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
• Basic mechanical skills for machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards in a woodworking environment.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery or furniture manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
