Joinery Factory Production Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Joinery Factory Production Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end production operations of our joinery facility. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of woodwork manufacturing, furniture and fit-out production, and experience in managing teams and production timelines in a joinery setting. You will ensure high-quality output, efficient resource use, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all factory operations related to joinery, cabinetry, furniture, and wood-based interior elements.

2. Develop and maintain production schedules based on project timelines and deadlines. - Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality are met across all products.

3. Supervise and coordinate production workers, machine operators, and carpenters.

4. Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain stock levels. - Optimize workflow, reduce waste, and increase overall production efficiency. 5. Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the factory.

6. Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to align production output with project requirements.

7. Ensure preventive maintenance of woodworking machinery and equipment.

8. Track and report on production KPIs, performance, and timelines.

9. Manage quality checks before dispatch to ensure compliance with client specifications.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a joinery or woodworking factory.

2. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, machines (CNC, edge banders, panel saws, etc.), and finishing processes.

3. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical details.

4. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and factory management software
